About the Founders: Martin & Daniel
Kintsugi Perfumes was founded by two lifelong friends, Martin and Daniel, united by a desire to create fragrances with genuine meaning.
Martin, a self-taught indie perfumer with a background in technology and marketing, approaches fragrance as both an art form and a journey of personal growth. His discovery of the Kintsugi philosophy fundamentally changed the way he viewed life, teaching him to slow down, listen more deeply and embrace life's imperfections rather than fight against them.
Daniel arrived from a very different world. After becoming disillusioned by the fast-paced cycles of the fashion industry, he longed to create something more enduring, products with purpose rather than simply another seasonal trend.
Together, they built Kintsugi Perfumes around one simple belief: fragrance has the power not only to make us smell beautiful, but to reconnect us with ourselves.
